Sherman Fogel is a full-service Conflict Management and Dispute Resolution professional, providing mediation, arbitration and facilitation services, and regularly participating in ADR educational programs locally and nationally.

His experience includes:

  • More than 45 years representing plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigation
  • Arbitrated or mediated more than 1000 cases since 1974 in both the private and public sectors, including many large complex and multi-party disputes
  • Served on state and national panels of neutrals in connection with class action dispute resolution

The afternoon session will again be the popular ADR Talks format, featuring seven or eight highly experienced local practitioners who will each talk on an ADR topic they are particularly interested in for not more than 15 minutes each, followed by questions from the audience. Sherman will be talking about "Mediation Dynamics: Managing the Often Different Expectations of the Parties, the Lawyers, and the Mediator.
